Conversations on Parenthood and Gratitude

TJAY: “One thing about having kids is that you can never feel depressed when they’re around. Like my little girl, I could be having a really tough moment, and she’ll come up to me, rub my head, and ask, ‘Daddy, what’s wrong? Why are you like this?’ Just like that, I’ll feel a surge of happiness and energy out of nowhere.”

OCEE: “What did you say to your wife when she gave birth?”

TJAY: “I simply told her, ‘Thanks a lot.’ She’s done something incredible for our family.”

KELLY: “I would’ve loved to have kids earlier, but the way my mom raised us taught me it should be with just one woman in my life. So, I’m patiently waiting for the right person to spend forever with. As an artist, I could have had a child anywhere, and then later decide whether to marry or not. But no, I can’t do that.”
