This week on Big Brother Naija Season 9 “No Loose Guard,” 24 out of the 28 housemates are up for possible eviction. The 14 duos were introduced to the audience on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at the Multichoice Studios in Ilupeju, Lagos.
On Monday, July 29, the Head of House challenge was held at the Arena, where housemates voted for a duo to become the Heads of House for the week. The vote resulted in a tie between The Radicals and the Mbadiwe Twins. In a strategic move, The Custodians, Ndi Nne, chose the Mbadiwe Twins as Heads of House, securing an ally on the first day of the show. It remains to be seen if this decision will benefit them in the long run. Will the Mbadiwe Twins reciprocate this support if Ndi Nne needs it in the future? Only time will tell.
In the Immunity challenge, designed to grant housemates an extra week in the house, the Beta duo, Tunji Adeniji Soji and Benjamin Eseoghene Olufemi, emerged victorious. They are safe from eviction this week.
